Winter 2019 Update

Welcome the festival of Samhain, held from October 31st. This is the beginning of true winter, ‘The dark half of the year’. It is said that during this period the veil is at its thinnest, and that barriers between the physical world and spirit break down, allowing more interaction between the human and spirit world. It is common for big decisions/changes to be acted out during this period. It is also time for rest and recuperation. It’s time to charge ones battery, sleep more, rest more, read more. Quiet time…

It is a beautiful autumn with the most vibrant colours. All the leaves are gently dropping. A great time to walk and to activate ones senses. You can really smell this time in its air. It is also a good time to observe ones spiritual practice and self care. Make some adjustments and some changes to suit you and to enrich your day. Autumn to me is all about change. It’s like going back to school to a fresh year with new beginnings ahead.

After a wonderful fun filled summer, I am so enjoying this time of reflection and integration of the recent months. Summer is always so Yang, fast, hot, loud. Now comes the Yin, slow, peaceful, quiet – an opportunity to head deep inside and reflect.

In October I treated myself to a workshop in Spain. Shamanic Trance Dance with Zelia Pye www.shamictrancedance.global A wonderfully held space in which to truly let go and welcome deep healing. I will definitely be returning.

Work continues well and new exciting things are coming up for 2020.

I have seen the wonderful continual results of the protocol used weekly at the Al Manaar Mosque in North Kensington to deliver the NADA protocol every Tuesday morning in aid to the victims of the Grenfell Fire. It’s an honour to be part of the healing.

I am also currently delivering this protocol at The Hospice in the Weald in Pembury, Tunbridge Wells to in-patients and out-patients.

The NADA treatment generally induces a state of relaxation and better energy – it has a balancing and homeostatic effect on the patient enhanced by the unique group setting.

It is my mission statement and passion to pass the healing on to others and on and on and on.
